GGS: PDSR Coaching Stock AP Tread Brake Fix

This patch updates the Golden Goldsmith Scenarios (Golden Goldsmith Studios) Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway coaching stock for use with the new up to date Armstrong Powerhouse Mark 1 Coach Pack Vol.1 with Tread Brake Physics.
