Merchant Navy Express Passenger Blue Patch

This modification darkens the blue of the Express Passenger Blue Livery that comes with the Bossman Games Merchant Navy Locomotives to create a more prototypical look, we found the original colour to be a little too bright and with this patch by Jordan Deveson it dulls down the colour to correct this, (Colour Matches with Our Rebuilt Light Pacific Reskin)
