Victory Works 9F BR Black Texture Upgrade

This patch upgrades the textures on the Clean BR Black 9F that comes with the Victory Works 9F Locomotive Pack which is available from Steam Sounds Supreme, The patch makes the Clean BR Black variant of 9F look more black rather then grey.

Note: This patch overwrites the original textures. It is recommended to back up your BR Black 9F before installing so that if any issues should occur you can always revert back to the original textures.
